The bed was comfy. The room was spacious. Liked the "living room" and "kitchen" Was especially impressed by the front desk staff who took our large rowdy family group in stride and helped us out a couple of times. Love to go back.

Staff was very friendly. Wished there were a little more items to choose from for the continental breakfast. Hotel was very clean. Only negative is the bathroom did have a moldy odor possibly coming from the shower matt, curtains or being mopped with a mop that was not fresh.
I love that I rolled in late and someone was there to check me in.
We liked the room and the staff.
I'm from San Jose and have family in Madera and this is where we stay every time. love this Hotel.
