We tried in vain to change the check in date to August 1. We were told that we would hear something more about our request. Haven't gotten further feedback yet.
Upsetting housekeeping only does your room every OTHER day. Cook was too busy working alone to keep food filled for everyone. She kept saying she was so busy. We had a goofy guy in room 421 that played loud music all night and our room 423 was not able to sleep. Housekeeping accidentally knocked my Venus shaver in towels and took it. Staff at front desk friendly but not able to solve issues.
We loved our little stay there and will use this hotel whenever we come back to visit our hometown! The desk guy Dennis was so very friendly. Thank you for much adding joy to our stay.

Our suite was in fair condition and serviceable.
Very good experience. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. Shower pressure needs improvement.
Was noisy all night people were making all kinds of noise.. couldn’t sleep.
