Restaurant staff amazing.

Although we live in Rockville, MD (only 30 minutes away) we chose to stay at the Washington Dulles Airport while attending our granddaughter's softball tournament. Our granddaughters live in Michigan so this gave us more time to spend time with them. The team gathered in the social space/dining room and shared dinner and fellowship and the staff was so wonderfully friendly and patient. From check in to check out every staff member we encountered was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Well done, Marriott!

Great service, food and easy shuttle to and from airport.

Didn't have any issues for our brief stay at this location. The staff was friendly, the hotel is convenient to the airport.

The park and fly accommodations are as valuable and comfortable as they were a decade ago. Nice to see some really good values remain today.

We recently stayed in this room and though the beds were comfortable and the room was clean, we had a few issues. We found the room dated and worn, the TV kept showing “no signal” and we had to continuously reset it. The thermostat was also broken and we could not control the temperature, it was uncomfortably hot in the room. The King bed was also not a full size king, it was more like a fat queen (though it was very comfortable). The food in the restaurant was great, we wish there were more wine options, great staff, very friendly.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times and like it. Clean, convenient, good service.

Thank you so much to Xavier at the front desk for being so kind to me and allowing me to cancel my reservation last minute after I miraculously made my connecting flight late at night. Also thank you to the front desk agent who helped me book when my flight was going to be delayed. Everyone had great communication and was so helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Washington.

Hotel was ok. The food at the lobby restaurant and bar was good. Shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. The hotel layout was a bit odd and the extra lock on my door did not work. Room temperature was hard to get in a comfortable range.

The room was excellent, I really enjoyed the fact that my room backed onto a terrace. Thanks again!

Darrell at the front desk made sure my room was easy for me to access. He’d noticed I had mobility issues and without pointing them out but instead just ensuring my walk to the room was as brief as possible. He watched out for me. I had missed a connection and was unable to fly out until the next day and I needed to sleep and eat. In the restaurant, Lo Lo served me. She answered my questions patiently and kindly. The hotel was clean and pleasant, but the people who crossed my path were extraordinary.
