This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Never in the history of ever have I arrived at a hotel I had a reservation for and they told me they were overbooked and gave my room away! This is a big tournament weekend every single hotel in a 20mi radius is sold out. To add insult to injury they offered us a room but it wouldn’t have any air conditioning and it’s 98 degrees today! We booked a beautiful room for $522 at Margaritaville.
The room I was given had furniture missing. The time in the shower was literally falling off of the wall and into the tub, which was backed up and did not drain while showering. When I asked to switch rooms I was told there were none available. Once I asked for a refund as was going to leave a room suddenly became available. That room was not clean and the toilet was slow to flush. When I went to get something to eat the person at the desk informed me that the restaurant was shut down. I would have thought that might have been mentioned when booking a room. Completely dissatisfied with my entire experience. I’m sure you won’t be sharing this review with the general public but you need to know what is going on in your hotels.
Best thing about this hotel was the breakfast, when we first arrived the shower in the room did not work and they tried to get us to wait an hour for maintenance, we ended up getting a new room where the air didn’t work and the water didn’t get hot at all. Not to mention the water in the jacuzzi was dirty. Worse hotel ever.

The room was large and very clean, the front desk was very helpful.
The breakfast is e4xceptional for this type of hotel and price. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location. Well worth the price.
