Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa

We LOVED the fireplace and the cottage overall was nice.

Staff very friendly, beautiful setting.

I reserved a King with a balcony. I brought a book and some good Bourbon for the balcony. I got there NO balcony. She blamed me for booking online! She then clammed that they were booked a year in advance. She finally upgraded the room to probably the worst room in the resort😡 The view was some scrawny pine trees and. The parking lot👎🏻 The resepionist said they were booked up. Later as I talked with the staff, I found out that was NOT true. Housekeeping, restaurant both and observation. Integrity is important to me.

We have traveled past Brasstown Valley Resort and and Spa several times in our travels to points in the northeast portion of Georgia. We had no idea that this place was so marvelous. We plan to return to spend more time relaxing in this wonderful place that is so beautiful and serene. We highly recommend that anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to spend some time, give Brasstown Valley Resort and Spa a chance to blow your mind with lovely Southern Hospitality.

We reserved the Brasstown Resort Spa on recommendations of friends. It became sadly disappointing upon checking in when the room type we reserved wasn’t available at least what we were told. I reserved a room with king bed and balcony. We were given a room with two queen beds and fireplace neither of which we wanted. The fireplace had a smell that we did complain about and then we were given a room with still two queen beds which was adjoining room to someone else that was not sound proofed. The telephone and TV remote didn’t work and shower was terrible. You would have to try and run around to get cleaned the flow of water was so poor. The tub shower definitely needed work. I was told that I could not get a military or aarp discount because I used Expedia. There was no reference to Expedia in my reservation confirmation email and I didn’t start the reservation from Expedia. For the reasons of above and the price we would not recommend or look forward to returning until substantial improvements have been made Oh almost forgot call the 800 number in my emai confirmation to voice my displeasure and the person listened to my complaints and stated they would do something for us Nect thing we know the telephone line was disconnected totally unacceptable.

This place was not only a beautiful setting and resort but the staff was very pleasant and always cheerful. I look forward to our next stay.

Wonderful place. The omelet guy was great. Everyone was super friendly and our waiters and waitresses were kind and attentive.

All the staff, from registration and waiters to wedding consultant (Sherry Miller), were friendly, helpful and professional. Room was comfortable and attractive. Beautiful venue for a wedding. Very enjoyable experience.
