Room was clean, hotel was quiet, coffee in the lobby 24/7, good breakfast including eggs! The hotel staff were friendly and the pool room with hot tub and sauna was very nice. What’s there not to like?.

We booked last minute and came in very late, super helpful staff!
They let us check in early. Room was very clean and well maintained, good water pressure in the shower and the beds were decent. Even with high occupancy during our stay it was very quiet.
Only disappointed that their advertised “full” breakfast was actually the standard cereal, juice, bagels, toast, pb and j, waffles, coffee, milk etc., that all hotels that offer breakfast usually present.
As much as possible, I will avoid Wyndham properties. I have no idea where it was that I requested the refund protection, but I reserved the room within a couple of hours of stay. I would not have wanted refund protection. I was on the road and did not notice the email until after I was checked in.
To start, I waited 50 minutes before someone arrived at the front desk to check me in. I rang the bell. I called the hotel. I even called a number that I found online and tried to get help. They too called the hotel and got no answer. At five o’clock in the morning, I was woken up to what I am assuming was garbage being picked up. Needless to say it was not the best experience.
Convenient location to all Madison venues. Comfortable beds, quiet.
