Valet parking attendant day we checked in was very helpful and courtesy was excellent overall stay was pleasant.
Regardless of construction being done, I have no complaints. Staff very accommodating and courteous.
Motel is under major remodeling and should closed for construction. When I made reservations I was not made aware of these conditions. The room we stayed in was not bad, but had no sitting available except one desk type chair and that was it. The motel pool and other lounging areas were also closed due to construction. The only upside to our stay was the motel personal were very nice!
Enjoyed the stay. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

We left even before staying the night. It appeared dirty and dangerous due to all the renovation. Too much renovation to have customers. Did not feel safe.
Our stay wasn't too bad. Hotel was being remodeled. Our room needed some extra work. Sink was cracked, fire alarm missing, took a long time to get hot water to the sink in bathroom. Bed slept great!
It was very nice. Will be back if going to Charleston.
If I thought there would be a total renovation I would not have booked.
I love the location since my husband was going to MUSC Hospital. The staff was very polite and took care and thoughtfulness in welcoming us.
