The room was decent, hotel is in a great location and it was quiet, which was what I needed. Breakfast was also good.
I stay at this hotel about eight or nine nights per year. It's a nice location, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very helpful and courteous.

The lobby was nice and while our room appeared to be clean, the sofa cushions were torn open at the side seams. We were on the third floor and shower water pressure was quite low. The only ice service was back down on the first floor as the third floor’s ice maker was not working.
The beds were dirty and one had a dead bug in it. And a roach crawling down the wall. The walls and phone was also dirty.
Overall the motel is pretty good. If I had a complaint it would be there is no water pressure and hot water is not hot which at the price point of the nightly rate I won't be staying there again. But as far as cleanliness and comfort it is fine.
I called BestWestern and made my reservation when we arrived the front desk clerk had no personality. After a long day in traffic I could have used a friendly face. The next morning a different person, same personality. I asked about my points and was told I didn’t accrue and because I used a booking agent. I wasn’t told I was talking to an agent when I made my reservation. I wasn’t happy with any of my stay.
This is a very nice hotel; the staff is courteous and helpful the rooms are clean and nice.
