common areas are filthy.
Staff very personable and efficient. Not always available, phone calls or not at the desk. Only one elevator working on the holiday was a challenge. Warm cookies only available one night. Had to call daily for fresh towels. No shower wash or shampoo.
We have stayed here before on several trips south and have always been satisfied. This time however we had a pet friendly room on the second floor. The room was fine, the beds comfortable and a clean bathroom. Having said that, the towels were old and scratchy I would have allotted them to the trash. There was a strange odor in the hallway and a terrible one in the stairwell. The carpeting was filthy as was the elevator. I don’t recommend this and will not be staying again.
This hotel went beyond my expectations when needing a hotel room at the last minute. Nice rooms, clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here if in the vicinity.

I’ve stayed in this particular Country Inn a number of times. All staff are cordial. Love the included breakfast.
Slept well, breakfast was good also!
The sheets were clean but not tucked in tightly. Toilet seat moved and needs to be tightened. Typical motel refrigerator that colder but not able to freeze. Wssking sink in bedroom area, not bathroom. Breakfast was ready but tasteless.
Easy access to get to convention center nicely located.
Cockroach in room and no tooth paste. Night receptionist did not want to give us soap for the sink and told us to use the body wash in bathtub.
Room smelled and carpets in hallways need to be replaced. They looked very dirty.

The people here are very friendly and helpful. We travel with our senior dog and they are always kind to him and they make sure we have a ground floor room. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
Adequate breakfast buffet. Shower and shampoo/conditioner were nice. Booking, payment were efficient. Cleanliness is my highest priority and I was pleased.
We have stayed at this hotel for many years on our trip north as well as south as this hotel is half way between SC and N.J. The manager, Ms. Beth Rose, runs a very attentive staff and is always pleasant. Great choice if passing through.
