We had a great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. And staff (Denny) and manager were very helpful. We are going on a cruise out of Galveston. The hotel was much less expensive than booking in Galveston. We would highly recommend.
The rooms are always super clean. Customer Service ( is excellent.
She was awesome, helpful and knowledgeable. When creating the reservation I ended up by accident goingvthru a 3rd party because of google. Which she explained them process. I lost points and paid extra. I know know to call 800 holiday to avoid the 3rd party reservations thanks, young lady at the hotel.
I would stay again.
