I had an unusual situation when I recently checked it at Grandstay in Cambridge. Beth, the General Manager and Bryanne, the Assistant General Manager, were so incredibly helpful and kind! They helped deal with my situation immediately. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years and have always had a positive experience there. This most recent experience was extra positive. Big thanks to these two ladies!

Was there for a family wedding and it was clean and had a nice area for family to sit and visit after the wedding.

We have stayed at several GrandStay was never disappointed as we were here. The lighting in the room is horrible. There were no coffee cups. The window shade did not work. I requested handicap room and there were bars but difficulty As it was not a walk in shower. The check in girl was not especially helpful and check out wasn’t much better. Unfortunately, we were very displeased and will not return even though we travel in that area often.
