There was a slight issue with our room set up upon arrival. The lady behind the desk, Emmy, was on top of things and cheerfully fixed the situation. The location of the hotel was wonderful. There was a shopping mall and several restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean and our free breakfast and coffee were exactly what we needed. I would stay here again.
We had a difficult weekend with my mother in law passing and her family distraught. Very last minute. The staff made everything so easy and they were so kind, listening to me talk about my sadness and worries and making me feel really good about the situation. Very much above and beyond the typical front desk conversation! We are always going to stay here when we are in Conroe. By the way, the new showers are great! Thank you for everything!

The room was clean, breakfast was good.
The hotel staff were fantastic! Even though we had reserved a ground floor,doing these reservations online sometimes aren't all they claim. This was by far one of the best hotel stays we've had in a while since traveling. We always had coffe,towels,anything we asked for. The cleaning staff was a wonderful pleasure 🙏 ☺️ Every day anytime we'd see someone they always said hello and asked if we needed anything and was there anything we needed in our room that may not be there. Just an absolute 💯 pleasure to stay here. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a great stay!
