Everything was wonderful. Everyone was so helpful.

Spectacular

We came into town to celebrate a dear friend's birthday. The hotel is very lovely and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent, offering several options for different diets. I enjoyed the seasoned potatoes, ranch omelet, bacon and a scone. I was encouraged and impressed to see that the hotel offers free shuttles to the Mayo Clinic and Hospital. Though we didn't need the shuttle service, many do. Thank you!

I recently stayed at the Hampton North in Rochester. I checked in the night before a full day at the Mayo Clinic. Everyone from the desk clerks to the shuttle bus drivers were incredibly helpful in assisting me in navigating appointments, departure times and pickup in the midst of the chaotic construction around the Mayo Clinic. I highly recommend utilizing the Hampton North if you are in Rochester and most definitely if you are in Rochester for medical reasons.

Everything was very clean, all personel were friendly. I was alone and felt very safe both indoors and outdoors. Breakfast was delicious. Breakfast workers kept up with foods and wiped tables. I will definitely stay here again!

Check in and out easy. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was open until midnight and checkout wasn't until noon. We loved that!

Excellent accommodations, excellent breakfast service, excellent check in process. But the check out process was terrible. The hotel clerk refused to give me a hard copy receipt on checkout, saying they send me a copy via E mail. I don't have access to a printer on my laptop. Also, she refused to give me a breakdown of my charge of $43.69 for Tax Recovery and Fees, whatever the heck that means. I would feel much better about Hampton Inns if someone would send me a breakdown of these tax recovery and fees that I was charged for. Thanks.

Very Good

The employees were professional, cordial, patient and efficient in their greetings and in assistance with some difficulties created by Expedia.

Room had all necesary comforts. Great shower. Friendly front desk staff. Bed could be a little softer. All else perfect.

Nice sized breakfast eating area, clean room, helpful staff.

We enjoyed our short stay. There for our Grand daughter's swim meet. Had a small good breakfast.

The conference area was wonderful and breakfast was descent. It was extremely noisy at night. I would suggest you have an area of rooms for pets. Dogs barked half the night. I requested a queen suite and received a regular queen room. Finally the hot tub seating was very ruff to sit on, not comfortable.

From the time I stepped foot in the door, we were greeted by some very friendly staff who checked us in and brought out some fresh cookies after our long trip. She had the most beautiful burgundy hair and her personality was to match. Throughout our stay we had fresh and hot breakfasts. Located close to Mayo and out of the congestion with ample parking so never a problem. I am coming back again and before checking out, will make my reservation and this hotel as my go to Mayo hotel!

Enjoyed Stay

Great staff, ample sized room and sparkling clean. The dining area was also very clean and well organized, but the free breakfast could stand for a few more options.

The staff is very professional and met our needs.

This is an economical and quality place to stay outside of the city which makes it more quiet compared to some of the downtown hotels we have stayed. I would stay here again. Good service, clean rooms, good hot breakfast.

Wonderful accommodations and stay. Would definitely stay at this facility again.
