"The Perfect Stay"

Manchester Grand Hyatt is conveniently located close to the harbor. We attended a ballgame at Petco Park. It was a short walk. Our room was very clean and well appointed. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and informative. The breakfast buffet was very good. We’ll stay there again.

Daniel Scott was outstanding in helping us get checked in and taken care of. He learned that we were there to help celebrate our good friend getting married and took great care of us and helped make it a wonderful experience. The rooms were in excellent condition, beds were comfortable and our stay there was top notch. I come to San Diego often and would definitely stay there again. T. Seitz USN, (ret).

"Reservation Lost"

Added an extra night in front of original reservation, showed up, front desk said they have no reservation listed. Also told me they cannot keep me in the same room when I re book the two nights that mysteriously disappeared. Very confused because I’m still here wondering what’s going to happen tomorrow.
