Our stay was very enjoyable. We absolutely love the breakfast. The doggy relief area was great. There was grass so that our pup was able to do his thing on a soft grassy area and not on rocks, dirt or weeds with stickers. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. Absolutely a great stay!
There wasn't enough hot water to take a shower.
We had several family members traveling in from different states for a funeral in town. We needed access to rooms a little early to be able to change and get back out the door for the service. When I called to see if this would be possible, Jackie answered and was very pleasant and happy to help us. When other family members called to ask the same she said I already spoke to someone in your family and will get you all taken care of. In this day and age it would be very easy for the person on the other end to not care and just say they’re doing their job and can’t help or had a bad attitude about it. When we arrived Jackie was ready for us and wasted no time in getting us situated. We then used the lounge area all night to catch up with family. The rooms were clean and comfortable and couldn’t have asked for more.
