we've stayed here many times, the rooms could stand some upgrading. USB plugs in rooms, bed not so comfortable, etc.
We absolutely loved our stay! Rooms were beautiful, staff were amazing and very accommodating. 100/100.
Overall we had a wonderful experience. The parking was subpar and had to walk a ways to get to the lobby, then had to walk back to get luggage as we had a lot. The room was overall in good condition. We did find a water bottle that was left behind from the last guest on a chair. I was the lucky individual to sleep on the hide a bed and while my expectations were not high I was not impressed. We requested more pillows as we had 6 guests in the room, it did take upwards of an hour to receive them. Each door has a frosted window to the side. And while it is frosted you can still see shadows and movement and does not offer much privacy in my opinion. The continental breakfast was wonderful and lots of options to choose from. I was NOT impressed that we had to pay for parking, this was not made aware to me during reservation process and I feel it should have been listed somewhere. We also had an incident at midnight where some younger individuals knocked on our door loudly then ran away. Not much the hotel cab do about that but an unfortunate event.
I did have to call the front desk around 10pm Saturday night May 24th. Bunch of teenagers running up and down the hallway constantly in front of our door. Security was called up to my 4th floor to observe. Curfew(noise) supposed to end at 9:30pm I was told. Also did this on Friday evening May 23rd/my bday 🎂🥳).
Good Stay
Felt like home. I enjoy the comfort of the rooms, the couch, two rooms to chill in. Plenty of space. Also, a friendly staff, willing to go the extra mile. The bartenders were upbeat and enjoyable. Breakfast was also enjoyable. Awesome cleaning Crew as well! All in all, I enjoy this hotel and now have my favorite room to stay in for my next visits. Thank you Staff!
I had more than one room that was lacking cleanliness. I was dismissed several times. This is my second stay and this will be my last.

Our overnight stay at our favorite Beaverton property was a delight. The bed was fantastic and the staff, as always, cheerful and always ready to help.
The breakfast dining was wonderful!
Staff as always was great! Enjoy seeing Preston and young lady (recent hire at front desk) as she was friendly. This is our go to hotel in the Portland area and we have been going there since we attended work conferences.
Will stay again. I loved the room. The free breakfast and evening drinks were great.
