The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Gainesville Northwest offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, restaurant, spa, and electric car charging station.
Incompetent Marriott agents. Confirmed 3x with agent that room would have a roll in shower. Agent assured roll in shower was available. It was my belief that I was dialing hotel directly as I was on hotel website. This company is slick and all the agents are looking for is to earn a commission. The added fees are extremely high. In addition, the room rate is higher than if booking with hotel. Gives Marriott a bad name as far as competency. Furthermore, the hotel assistant manager implied that I lied about my request notwithstanding my husband has been disabled for over 10 years and I know what his needs are and would not compromise an injury. I am so disappointed!
