This is our second stay.The property is spotless and in a great location, however this time the staff was not at all trained on reservations. After we checked in to our PREPAID room they charged another nights payment even though I had a receipt showing I was paid in full.The staff had no clue! After our second day we finally got a employee to send Mark the manager a message, mind you there was no manager on sight our days there. He refunded the night that they charged but Mark has not even acknowledged the fact that the hotel stay was $156 a night which total should have been $312 before taxes but they charged my credit card $456.70. To me this is borderline fraud.
Clean with good breakfast area and the pet area was perfect!

The room was comfortable, clean and the A/C worked great! The larger fridge with a freezer was welcome. Great restaurants in walking distance with others just a short distance. We were on the side backing up to the highway, I was worried at first about the noise, but it wasn't an issue and did not interfere with our sleep. The breakfast was hot with a good amount of choices and the area was clean. The cons were the tub is very slippery and the grab bar is in an unusual place if there is only one. Its placement is to help someone to stand after a bath, not to help with getting into or out of the tub for a shower. The other con is the location of the elevator. It is reasonably priced for the area but still expensive for the amenities. We would stay there again.
