We had a great experience at the hotel.
Guests should be told that 300 kids and parents are going to be staying for sports tournaments. I’d have stayed elsewhere.
I bought a refundable hotel, as we had a lot going on and knew we might have to cancel, I told the person we might need to cancel in the next hour, she convinced me to pay and buy the refundable as it was a busy week with graduations. I did, called back less then an hour later to cancel and they would not cancel and told me there were all these caveats to the refundable purchase which she had not told me about. She told me no less than 4x that it was 100% refundable, I said I would not give my credit card unless she assured me it was, she did. Now I am disputing the 800 dollar charge. What a joke, I will be telling every human I know to NEVER stay at a best western and they are just trying to get your money.
Our stay was fine. The only critique I have is that the curtains in our room were very shabby. Apparently the sun has deteriorated the material and it didn't look like it was very high class.

The staff was friendly, hotel was clean, the breakfast personnel were very attentive.
Room was comfortable but fridge not working well. Service was fair. No one at the front desk. Hotel Is tired Looking and in need of some repairs so looks. Location is quiet and price was reasonable. Breakfast was good.
I have nothing bad to say about this place.
