The hotel was clean and neat. The clerks were polite and nice. We had to extend our stay twice, there were no problems with rebooking.

Quiet, well appointed. Well located in Boston’s medical neighborhood, so convenient to medical care.
Everyone was incredibly helpful during our stay, especially Manuela at the front desk. She went above and beyond to assist us with our reservation during the last couple of nights and helped us cancel the following week with ease. The location is also very convenient, especially if you're visiting the nearby hospital.
We were a bit upset that we did not get fresh towels yesterday so that we would have had them for today. We left the room at 9:00 to go down to breakfast and then left the room for the day until 9:30 p.m. giving plenty of time to have the bedding changed and to have given us fresh towels. We also found the bathroom a bit small and getting off the toilet, I often bumped into the sharp corner of the sink.

Different price when booking than listed online. Once I checked in, they charged me $100 to park with absolutely ZERO explanation..another persons hair stuck to the shower when I got there.

I needed to book a room for my upcoming surgery for March 17. I kept getting other sites who were booking for The Inn @ Longwood. As soon as I saw the reservation which included insurance for cancellation which I didn'y agree too.
