We were greeted by a very helpful and professional front desk employee.

My daughter and I stayed here and had a very good stay. Rooms were surprisingly quiet considering there were three other soccer teams staying in the hotel. The front desk was amazingly helpful in getting my daughter and I into a room with two double beds. Beds were comfy, room and bathrooms were clean, housekeeping was amazing. Tango at the bar is a huge asset for the hotel. He did a good job considering how busy he was every night.
Staff was very nice. There were a ton of kids running through the lobby and the halls of my room until late at night.I had to confront them at one point. My room, 721, was next to a facilities room/door that the staff was endlessly using and slamming to get supplies to service the floor.
