I had to book a room last minute because of a flight cancellation. I was met with the biggest smiles at the front desk, was made aware of my options for dinner/drinks, the pool and even went back for my warm cookie after dinner. The bartender at the restaurant was amazing and attentive as well. These ladies all went above and beyond by remembering small details and I feel like customer service like this is so rare nowadays or maybe I just forget what Southern hospitality feels like living up north. I enjoyed myself and was happy I got that time to decompress before traveling home. Thank you!

From the moment we walked in were greeted by two nice ladies that were exceptional. Enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable beds and upscale toiletries.

All good until the shuttle drive "raul" decided not to let me in the shuttle at 5:05 am and made me wait for the nest shuttle. I had no bags just a very small gym bag. It was disappointing, the front desk attendant tried to cover for him but she was also flabbergasted that he left without me. Not good.

Excellent stay!

No accessible parking in front of the Hotel. No signage to get to the lobby from the parking lot. The worst part.. you cannot close the bathroom door unless you are sitting on the toilet. My wife opened the room door while I was on the toilet and it I could see down the hall! Very embarrassing!

Accessible parking should be near the main entrance. No signs for how to get to the main elevators, we got lost in endless hallways. The accessible parking could not be farther away! The lobby was a mess of broken glass all over the floor! The room was clean, but the floor plan odd. You can’t close the bathroom door unless you sit on the toilet. My spouse came in the room and I could see down the hall from the toilet! Never stay there again!
