The reason I made this trip is have a final visit with my brother who is dying. I chose this hotel because it is so close to his home. The first night I got back I was very disappointed. My room was not cleaned at all. Someone did come in and took the dirty towels out but did not replace them. I went to the front desk but could not get anyone to help me, even though I rang the bell numerous times. I had to go back to the room and call the front desk to bring me some clean towels and trash bags since the trash had not been emptied. I spent a lot of money on this room and wanted to have a quiet clean place to go at the of some very heart breaking days.

The Monday through Friday breakfast attendant was awsome and very polite, she alone was worth the stay as well as all the staff.
I would highly recommend this hotel. Customer service and Fatima at the front desk has exceptional service. Rooms good size and comfy. Highly recommend.
I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. This visit I noticed that several things need attention. While the people who work here are friendly and helpful, it seems that many areas of the hotel need to catch up with deferred maintenance projects. I am always hesitant about getting on the elevator since it has a groaning noise and a sign that says it’s limited to two passengers.
