Everything was very good.
Front desk reception was very nice. Room was small. I was told there were no double queen rooms available but the hotel was certainly not crowded; didn't even appear half full. Air conditioner thermostat was not working properly so it stayed at a brisk 68 degrees until we shut it off fan was really loud. Room was clean but bottom sheet had a blood stain on it. Corner of the wall has a plastic protector and it is coming loose from the wall. Breakfast was good. Overall not bad but waiting to see what the $72 for "tax and fees" is about kinda pricey add on.
