Hotel is well run. Very clean and nice. It's my go to hotel in Richland, Wa.
We were in Richland for racing at Horn Rapids and needed a hotel close to the track. 11 minutes from the track and close to gas, grocery and a Starbucks. The rooms were clean and smelled good. The beds were probably the most comfortable hotels beds we have slept in. Easy access to our first floor room. Kiana at the front desk was kind and helpful. We will stay here again.

We have stayed there twice a year for probably 7 8 years for a week or so each time. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff feel like good friends whenever we stay there.
We feature recycle bins in each room and have miscellaneous green friendly projects around the hotel throughout the year.
Complimentary Suite Start hot breakfast buffet between 6am and 10am daily. Our Suite Start Breakfast features a variety of hot items daily, fresh fruits, pastries, hot and cold cereal options and our guest's favorite, our DIY waffle bar.
Parking is complimentary. There is ample parking for buses, work trucks and boats around the property. We are anticipating installation of electric car charging stations mid-2017.
Complimentary high speed wireless internet is available throughout the hotel. Wired connections are available in each guest room. Additional bandwidth connections available for purchase.
