There was a constant noise coming into the room. Sounded like the elevator going up and down. But we were not close to it. On check out we told the front desk. She said there was no service elevator in that area. She gave us a discount. The hotel manager said he would look into it. Over all it was handled with professional care. We will be back. I hope they found out what the noise was. I wish they would let us know.

Wonderful Time
Room very clean. Bed very comfortable.
Our family had the best time. The waterpark was amazing! Room service food was very kid friendly and delicious! We had a view of the arboretum which is magical from a kids point of view.
Will return soon. Met with family and had loads of fun.
I was surprised there was no coffee in the room. Hotel is gorgeous and service excellent.

One star about right great for drinking as only activity.
It’s a great place to stay but feel like the restaurants need to step up their game on GREAT food. Everything else is nice and pretty but the food we ate wasn’t great.
