very courteous, very polite we stayed for one night the lady that ran the breakfast area was also very professional. Our room was very clean and when we checked out the lady at the front desk was also very polite.

The booking process is not user friendly. It took four phone calls (all to overseas call centers) to make sure my reservation for two rooms was correct. One room did not have a room phone that worked (couldn't be repaired after maintenance looked at it) and the TV was also INOP (remote did not work). The other room needed a deep clean as there was black smudges all over the hair dryer and stains on the bathroom door from what we didn't know. We found a ball of hair on the floor and a used candy wrapper there also. The beds were made and clean and the breakfast was good. More attention to detail is needed in order to bring the Hotel rooms up to standard. I'm not sure I can recommend this Hotel to any of my friends traveling thru Biloxi, MS.
