Room were clean need a little update but overall it was a nice.
The Saville is always clean. The staff are always courteous. I enjoy their little outdoor seating area. It’s very close to all the places I enjoy in Kansas City. All in all, it’s a great place at a great price!
The staff of the hotel was fantastic very welcoming and helpful. The hotel though is very old and shabby. The elevator was broken The carpet looked filthy even in the rooms. Definitely take slippers so bare feet do not need to touch. Very disappointed.
