I give it a 4/5 it was a good choice to stay. The pool was clean, smelt clean, the pool room was warm and clean with plenty of towels. Polite customer service and answered all questions. I felt safe in the parking lot and surrounding area. Breakfast was very good, had something for everyone.

The hotel experience was fine, but there was a glitch with my booking. I wasn't told my reservation was prepaid and not refundable. The cost per night was higher than advertised on your website. I didn't understand how that happened, especially with having a veterans discount.
