Everyone was helpful and professional. It was a very nice experience from the parking valet to the checkout. My husband and I enjoyed it very much.
We were greeted by a very friendly Valet, we made our way to the reception desk and found the receptionist very quick and professional. The lobby was big spacious and inviting with a great bar and a knowledgeable bar tender who changed the TV to our desired sports event. Entering our floor number in the new elevator digital screen we loved the express elevator to our floor. We got to our room through the fresh smelling hallway put our card to the electric entry pad and opened our door to a clean, open feeling updated room. The bathroom sparkled with all the extras you would expect. Coming back from our event we had a very restful sleep and didn't want to check out..we are looking forward to our next visit with Marriott. Thank you again Blair S.

Front desk clerk upon arriving was not friendly No one answers phone for room service or questions Waited in line for 20 minutes to check out ( only one person at desk) Half full Kleenex box in room and no replacement.
The room was very average. The towels were thin and not luxurious. The carpet nasty.
Hotel was clean and smelled nice.
I have always enjoyed staying here even though im traveling for pleasure I own a small business and to be honest had to come to the lobby to do work as Internet was shocking could not connect in the room need better Internet.
