The lady who me at reception was exceptionally rude right from the get go. So much so, that I told her there was no need to be so rude. She then changed her tune and was decent. The airport shuttle driver was great.

We arrived at the hotel and the young lady at the front desk greeted us with a friendly smile. The other lady at the front desk, upon seeing that I’m traveling with my parents (who are in their late eighties) assigned the room on the ground floor near the hallway entrance. I appreciate that as my parents can only walk a short distance.
The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating to our needs and our room was clean; however the HVAC noise was loud and didn't have a thermostat so it is a manual effort to adjust.
I will stay again! Clean and warm and polite and helpful!
