I stayed with my daughter and Mum, a girls' shopping trip. The front desk staff was wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. Pool was a welcome in the cold snowy weather. Breakfast in the morning was great. We Door Dashed the Backyard Brewery food which we loved. Overall it was a great stay, I’ll be back.
We enjoyed the suite. The staff and guests were very nice to our dog. Great value for the price.

Bathroom dirty fridge not working.
The rooms are great, nice and clean. Staff was also friendly However the TV comes on for 10 seconds in the middle of the night. Probably because it was a graduation weekends, there were lots of noise as well in the middle of the night. Breakfast was nice.
I booked online through the website. We got there and our room wasn't ready when we were told it would be. The room was fine and it had a jacuzzi in the room which was great! We were told we would have a mini bar in the room but when we got there, it did not and I guess they were all booked. The staff.
Rooms were great but I’m taking the time to appreciate Alicia. She was so amazing and personable. I threw a curve ball at her and she was so kind and accommodating. I was in town for my cousin’s funeral and she was so caring and willing to help. I’m so grateful for her.
