After missing a connection that left me stranded at the Philadelphia airport overnight, the Sheraton provided a welcome refuge. The shuttle bus goes frequently all night which I appreciated having arrived at 11:00 p.m. The shuttle bus driver was especially friendly and helpful and took extra efforts to make sure no potential passengers were left behind. The hotel itself is fine. The staff was helpful and efficient. This is a good place to park yourself for one night.
From Delaware, needed a place close to Mercy Fitzgerald hospital, was under four miles away. I was very comfortable with my room. I don't understand the charge for parking since I was staying there at the hotel. Ahkeem was very personable and the food was delicious 😋.
I’m not a fan of hotels and didn’t expect much from this one. I was very pleasantly surprised by the personable staff, the clean smell of the hallways and room. The bed, sheets and towels were very comfortable and luxurious for the price of the room. Being near the airport is a convenience. To be so pleasant was a welcome gift after travel.
