All of the staff, from concierge, valet, restaurant and bar hostess, are great. Thank you all for your hospitality.
We have stayed at the Tower many times and had more issues this time than usual. It was difficult to cool the room down at night and we roasted in bed, throwing the covers around all night. Housekeeping wasn’t able to get to our room. Had to stand in line to get seated for breakfast because there wasn’t available staff to seat us. The valet service was likewise understaffed. My wife’s breakfast was served cold. They were busy and not prepared for it. It was a busy weekend in Spokane and we usually visit midweek. This was a very unusual experience for us at a normally lovely spot to stay.
We always stay at the Davenport Tower when we are in town. Seriously the most comfortable beds ever!
