Our car had broke down while in Bryson City, Ridgecrest Towing and Garage had the car to repair and recommended your place! Glad they did, nice place!
The hotel was okay and clean. Hotel clerk Allen was rude and ill mannered. No greetings, just ID and credit card, no please, no thank you, I had to ask where my room was and just pointed and grunted.
Exceeded my expectations! All the staff were friendly; the room was clean and the shower was hot with good pressure. I hope there is a room available on my next visit. Thanks for the service.
