Everything was awesome!
Called morning of arriving if hot tub was working as last year it was down also when visited(lots of reviews stated is down a lot too) and was told yes it was working. Arrive later same day only to be told hot tub was down. No one was on site to even attempt to fix. Breakfast options were decent. Rooms felt like a prison on 1st floor. Freezer section in mini fridge was all iced up. Next year will stay elsewhere.
The room was clean the bed was very comfortable.
Anyone traveling or seeking a conference venue should definitely consider this location. The ease of access from the highway and the amount of space it offers would accommodate any ceremony or event. The rooms are extremely clean and modern, if in the area again I will definitely be booking another stay.
My experience was very nice, the front desk was very accommodating. The experience at the “front desk” was very professional and friendly.
I will stay here again. Staff was courteous, rooms were clean, breakfast fresh and overall a pleasant experience. Good service overall.
We arrived and needed an early check in, so we could attend a wedding. The front desk lady was very nice and accommodating! Even though the lady in front of us was very rude to her.
