The hallways smells like nursing a home the appliances is out dated the bathroom sink backs up the furniture is old the TV is small the bedding is old dingy human hair everywhere especially underneath the mattress I know that because I checked for bugs no bugs the bed was so hard and makes a lot of noise because of the hard crunchy plastic that’s on it and when you lay on the bed it sounds like it just broke.
The two ladies at the front desk, were not only professional, supportive and humane, but so kind. My home caught on fire and I am in such a panic. They both went out of their way to be understanding. PLEASE TELL THEM I SAID THANK YOU. The studio was clean and had enough to sustain me in this horrific moment. HOWEVER the booking agent on the phone was not only unprofessional, but arrogant and told three times that he had worked for you for 10 years. He continue to misspell my name and refuse to hear or understand anything I was trying to say. he told many times that he was not new at the position. I am a kind and educated man, I don't talk down to anyone. Something is off with this particular employee. He made everything difficult or at least sounded like he was having a bad evening or hates the job. Everything else was great here. Thank you so much.
