The parking lot and entrance was glare ice. When I walked in the lady asked how she could help me. I said first of All, the entrance is glare ice, which is dangerous. Both ladies looked at me like a deer in headlights. I then said I had a reservation and my name. The 1st lady told me the 2nd lady would have to help me. The 2nd lady was helping someone else and never looked up to acknowledge me. I waited 27 minutes. I approached the 1st lady and asked if there was a restroom in the lobby. She told me no, but to go next door, they have one. In order to do this I had to go back on the icy entrance, through the icy parking lot drive next door. Then drive back and go through the ice debacle again. As I stood there I got a notice and decided to leave. I was going to stay till morning @ this place. I had already driven 8 hours and wanted to rest. I’m not sure what the hang up bc was with the lady ahead of me. It was rude and ridiculous service. I was more than patient. I BBC would like a refund. I never got the chance to stay. I will never stay here, nor will I recommend.
Staff very nice and remedied issues. BUT obvious housekeeping issues.
