The lady at the desk was polite,helpful,knowledgeable,kind and friendly.
First upon arrival, our room was dirty so they had to unblock rooms to give us one. When we entered the room, you could tell it had not been vacuumed in quite a while. There were cracks in the walls and ceilings and hair in the tub. The bathroom door was hard to close. The main door wouldn’t shut all the way. The bedding was horrible and paper thin. This was our mistake for not reading Google reviews first only has a one Star. It was late and we were tired from being at the hospital. The guy who took our reservation was RUDE! No hospital discounts either. This place needs so much remodeling and work done. The lobby is quite the tease making it look like a nice place. Also we were charged a $75 deposit which is ridiculous most things were already broke in the room. Horrible place. If I had the chance to give a star rating it would be a negative 10 ( 10). That bad!
