We made reservations on Thursday, February 27 for a weekend stay, February 28 March two for a family function. We were coming in from Arlington Texas. Upon our arrival, we were told that elevators were NOT working and would be out all weekend. They were putting us on the third floor. I was very upset that we were not told of this elevator problem when making reservations. When requesting a lower floor room, was advised nothing else was available. I have a special needs daughter who has difficulty in climbing stairs and having to climb three flights several times a day was very tough on both of us especially carrying luggage and assisting her. Having paid over $350 for our stay and not ever offered any reduction in room rate or other assistance, I felt frustrated and disappointed in my stay. Under these circumstances I would not recommend or return for a stay at Best western.
Experience at the Best Western was really good. The front desk clerks were very, very friendly, breakfast was delicious like always. The main reasons for using Best Western are because they have great breakfasts and the cleanliness that we have experienced.
The room was comfortable and clean. We will use Best Western every time we need a place. Wonderful people and service. Highly recommend them.
