The staff is very helpful and friendly. Customer service is on par ! The location is very pristine,close to the airport and not far is you need to uber to the convenience stores! A very good stay!

NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL. No había desayuno. Solo Leche y café. ( no huevo, no bacon, no pan, no yogurt, no panqué, etc). La señora del from dest nos dijo que si había desayuno.(?) Quisimos que nos descontara el precio del parqueo ($25) y no quiso. No fue nada profesional. Nos fuimos muy disgustados. Ahora tenemos que ir a desayunar a otro lugar para continuar viaje.
My family and I booked the hotel for a quick stay to spend time in a hotel before our late flights. I was under impression on booking that we would have a late check in, at no cost because we were showing up in the morning. After a long week of traveling, we show up to a hot room that smelled horrible and the A/C was not working. They ended up switching rooms for us, which was nice, but the next room was still smelly and the floors were so stained. The TV also did not work, which in the grand scheme of things isn't the end of the world, but my five year old wanted to watch a little tv. All in all the place was not good and I do not recommend. I'm blown away at the difference between this and the Hyatt house, which was excellent. We stayed at the Hyatt House overnight at the beginning of the trip. If you have the choice, choose that one!
First impressions were good. Did a quick tour of a double and king room and they were satisfactory. I asked how much it would be to book direct and price wasn’t worth it costing over $100 dollars more than what I actually paid. We got to the first room and there was a stench and the carpet was nasty. 2nd room on top floor and the TV was old. Couldn’t watch the TV through the big white dots. Finally switched rooms again and we were able to settle in. The front desk was very helpful and very much aware of the problems with the TVs. Unfortunately, they can’t stop selling rooms even though the owners haven’t updated the TVs since they opened. I can’t fault the workers as they have a job to do and were great at it but I will say that the owners can change out the other TVs. People are paying too much money to not have a good working TV. Speaking of which, turned it on and it showed us the wrong room number. Either the TV was changed from another room or the programming is off. One plus is the proximity to the airport and they brought us a microwave upon request. Thank you.
