The hotel is in an area of where there are lots of homeless people. It is tucked back in its own spot. The hotel is clean and so was my room. The staff was extremely helpful as I needed some extra things to make me more comfortable physically. There kitchenettes, but there isn’t anything in them. No dishes, condiments or coffeemaker. You can ask for dinnerware at the front desk. I only had cold water in the kitchen. The towels were pretty nice, but the toilet paper and Kleenex were terrible. The shower stall looked terrible. It needs to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable, but all the pillows were extremely soft, which I can’t use because of neck problems. There was a nice large window which can be opened all the way. The window shade (no drapes) didn’t block the light from outside at all, so if one needs it dark in the room, you’re out of luck. The price was reasonable, which is what I needed. I just don’t know if I’d stay there again.
