Every staff member I encountered was friendly, happy to see me and paid attention to my needs, no matter how small. I asked if there was a wine glass I could borrow (rather than the plastic cups in the room) and there weren't any. However, by the next day, the desk agent had found a plastic champagne flute for me to use. This kind of care and helpfulness makes all the difference in my stay. Thank you to the staff at the Ashley Inn!
