The young man at reception whose name is Ian was superb. Kind and helpful…a good guy.
For my husband and I, we got by just fine. For my mother in law that needed some handicapped assistance not so much. Higher toilets, handrails and doorways that would fit a wheelchair would be appreciated.
Ask pet free but had dog toy under table. Bathroom sink drain broke sink wouldn't drain. Bathroom tun had no bath stopper. TV blurry had to see from 12 feet away. But clean bed to sleep in is about all.
