Our flight to Philly was delayed and we arrived well after midnight. We've taken the shuttle from the Clarion before and contacted them to pick us up at the airport. Room was clean and comfortable and we were very appreciative of their prompt service.
Early check in was smooth.
Will never stay in another Clarion. The price for one night was $374 for this dump. Mold in the shower.

Check was generally simple, although the cost was way too high and the room was underwhelming. The ac/heater unit was louder than the tarmac of the airport and made sleep next to impossible. With four people in the room we asked for extra towels which were never delivered after being promised. After going down to the desk to request them again, we sat and waited for 15 minutes only to have the clerk (who was within eyesight the whole time) act surprised when we AGAIN told her we still hadnt gotten our towels. We will not be staying there again.
Latoya at the front desk and Renee in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful.
For a hotel near the airport for last minute accommodations as we missed our flight transfer it was not bad. The room was OK. The bed was OK. The transportation shuttle to the airport was good.
We were diappointed with the sink water pressure in room 533 and the lack of hot water in the shower.
Front desk staff wonderful. Hotel clean but rooms could use some TLC. Great location.
Hotel is dirt and outdated. Our toilet was broken, wallpaper peeled. Restaurant food was gross.

Jenese was a Godsend! we were in long line at 1:30 am half dead! She was so kind, Jenese was so efficient! She used humor so help us! She was so kind to everyone! She never scared irritated! I loved her!
