This is our second stay at the Hyatt Place. The rooms are so nice and big. The bathroom is the biggest bathroom that I have ever seen in a hotel. I highly recommend this Hyatt.

We have stayed here quite a few times, it's always been great. This time they didn't bring us clean towels for the second day. Just tell me you're not going to clean the room, but I want clean towels.
When I arrived I was asked for a credit card. She took the card and returned it to me. Then she said it didn’t go through. Ask for it again. Swiped the card and went to a different computer and said I’ll need your card again. It didn’t go through. I said this will come off my card if I don’t use anything additional. She said yes. The asked about breakfast and I told her we wouldn’t be having breakfast. She said she would have the manager remove the breakfast charge. I ask at the desk if all the charges had been removed she assured me they had. When I got home I checked my bank statement I had indeed been charged on four 16 three 50.00 dollar charges on four 17 a25.00 dollar and a 28.62 charge for 4–19, four 20, four 21 and four 22. I have submitted an inquiry through my bank. All of which should have been unnecessary. I truly fought if I will stay at a Hyatt again.
I will be back next year for my BIRTHDAY. Awesome!
Convenient if using the casino. Very nice and clean. Having a fridge and microwave was amazing.
Could hear every footstep from the room above us (kept us up for hours even with a sound machine on). Could hear every door close on our floor. Could hear conversations from people in the hallway. The temperature in the room was either freezing cold or so hot you couldn't stand it. Have stayed here before with no issues, but this time was not good. The room was clean, as well as the sheets and bedding. Can't complaint about that, but as far as the noise it was terrible.
Told I had to pay for breakfast because I booked thru Expedia I didn’t I booked thru website next time I will go where breakfast is free.
Hotel was clean, in a good location and served our needs well.
