Loved our room and the gym! The restaurant was excellent! Overall it was a good experience! Enjoyed the large bathroom with two sinks and huge shower! Loved the location also! It was nice to walk across the street to riverfront park! I would stay at this hotel again!

The bed was extremely comfortable. Sheets were wonderful. Lots of pillows. TV was well appointed enjoyed having a coffee pot in my room. The bathroom was nice. I absolutely loved the robes and towels. The lobby and common areas were beautifully appointed. We had a wonderful time.
Great place to stay with parking for lifted crew cab trucks which is a major plus. Only hotel I will stay at when I’m Spokane.

There is a large group of kids here for an event and they are so rude. They are clogging up the elevator and making a mess with food everywhere.
Very thin blanket and extremely flat pillows. Bedding needs a huge upgrade. Also, when we called for housekeeping, our bathroom was not cleaned at all.
Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and my request for a feather free room was honored. Thank you for accommodating our request, especially the extended late check out.
