THIS HOTEL IS CLEAN, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL and IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO BE NEAR OHARE AIRPORT. WE HAVE STAYED HERE MORE THAN ONCE AND WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN WHEN WE NEED TO COME BACK TO CHICAGO. THEY HAVE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO OHARE AND ALSO CARE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SERVICES. Crushed water bottles behind night stands. Shower and sink was not cleaned at all, I bought cleaning products there to clean myself bedding looked decently clean other than lots of random hairs. Fridge was also broken was kinda a bummer.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. 10 out 10 will be staying n again.
