A well preserved step back in time! An experience worth remembering. It had to be an amazing feat 125 years ago to build such an amazing structure and at the same time acquire and protect all the land around it for generations to come! The service and hospitality was very good!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel and at Bretton Arms. We were pleased with the surroundings and found the service from your friendly competent staff exceptional. The staff at Bretton Arms was as kind and accommodating as at the Hotel. Kerri from Housekeeping and Jodalin waitstaff in the dining area were very helpful and pleasant. We also took the history tour with Ed and besides knowledge he was great fun. Your staff helped to make our first visit memorable and fun.

Great hotel, loved the outside balcony and serving drinks on a beautiful day. Very picturesque, staff mainly friendly and helpful.
Great staff and great food.
My wife and I have been staying here about 1x a year for the last four five years. Its by far a our favorite place, there's plenty to do both in Summer and Winter. Great restaurants, spa services and bars that stay open late.
Wow ! What an amazing resort! From the historical significance to the modern amenities this was a 10. Beautiful location, activities for everyone, lovely employees right in the middle of the bewitching White Mountains! Cant wait to come back!
Hotel is beautiful. I was in room #112 with my boyfriend. This room was way too small for two people.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Emmet at Stickney Restaurant was very helpful to myself and two sisters.
We had a family trip to the Mt. Washington Hotel and were given excellent service in the rooms and when dining. Please give our compliments to the staff.
Seemed to be some early season miscues by staff. Lack of Kleenex in the room, some minor serving errors in 1902 Dining room. Nothing bad..overall a very good stay. Did note that our room, 183, being at the end of a long corridor it took forever to the hot water to arrive.
Enjoyed our stay. Was very impressed with the staff always friendly and helpful. Only complaint we pay to stay overnight and get charged parking!
