Room was clean. Customer service was excellent. I travel to Denver for medical purposes once a year. We found this hotel three years ago and have no desire to look for a different hotel. This hotel is a solid place to stay!

There was a mix up in our reservation where we had been double booked for our stay. Upon check in two women at your front desk went way and beyond to help us : two staff being Nuvia and Valeria. They should be recognized for doing an exceptional job to help me the customer resolve this issue. Many thanks to them for extraordinary service!

Had girlfriends in for the weekend and we stayed here. Bar in hotel and not too far off of i25 for easy driving access to the whole city!
My husband is a paraplegic and we can only stay in places where there is room to run his Hoyer lift under the bed! Most hotels now have boxes under the beds but not this one. We need plenty of room to maneuver his chair, etc. The room was lovely, clean and quiet. We will stay there again. The front desk clerk, Diego, was amazing, for he selected this double size room for us. He also figured out what was wrong with our car! Thank you Diego!
